
President John Dramani Mahama has expressed optimism about Ghana’s economic future, assuring citizens that his administration’s flagship Reset Agenda is well underway and making significant strides.
Addressing a vibrant and well-attended durbar in Dambai, the President delivered a message of hope and renewal, outlining the key pillars of the Reset Agenda and rallying Ghanaians to join the national drive for change.

“I am pleased to report that our Reset Agenda is firmly on track,” he stated to cheers from the crowd. “We have begun a bold and necessary journey to reset our economy, rebuild national institutions, and restore hope. This is the Reset Agenda, grounded in fairness, discipline, inclusion, and accountability.”

President Mahama emphasized the need for a collective shift in mindset, calling on citizens to be active participants in the country’s transformation.
“The time to act is now,” he declared. “I urge you to embrace the opportunities presented by our flagship initiatives, from the 24-Hour Economy to the National Apprenticeship Programme, Free Primary Healthcare, Digital Governance, and Export-Led Industrialisation.”

He described these initiatives as essential tools in revitalizing Ghana’s economy and improving the livelihoods of ordinary citizens, stressing that progress requires the unity and commitment of all.
The durbar, filled with cultural displays and community enthusiasm, served as a platform for the President to reinforce his administration’s vision of inclusive development and national renewal.
