Chief destooled for allegedly engaging in romantic affairs with the community’s fetish priestess

Abura Dunkwa Gyaasehene Destooled over Romantic Affair with the community’s fetish Priestess, Alleged Forge Stool Land Documents.

The Odompem Adwenadze Royal Family of Abura Dunkwa in the Abura-Asebu-Kwamankese (AAK) District in the Central Region has performed the necessary rites and rituals to effect the destooling of Nana Obo Kwefuah VIII, as Gyasehene of Abura Dunkwa in the Abura Asebu Kwamankese District of the Central Region.

This was made known to the media by Abusuapanyin Kwame Essoun of the Odompem Adwenadze Royal Family of Abura Dunkwa, who led the royal family in the destoolment processes.

According to the Abusuapanyin, the said Abura Dunkwa Gyasehene in the face of the action has several issues warranting his removal.

The Abusuapanyin highlighted that “he [Nana Obo Kwefuah VIII] has for some period now refused to perform the necessary rites and rituals required of him by the family during festival, aside that, he is in a marital affair with a fetish priestess which doesn’t seem right in the face of tradition,” he said.

The Abusuapanyin continued to allege that “Nana Obo Kwefuah VIII has changed the title of the family head into his name, which he earlier denied, but my information showed that he actually did it.

However, to cover his shameful acts, he [Nana Obo Kwefuah] accused me of having a child with his ex-wife, which I have dared him to provide proof of that.”

In view of this development, Abusuapanyin Kwame Essoun urged the public to desist from acknowledging Nana Obo Kwefuah VIII as the Gyasehene of Abura Dunkwa.

Obaapanyin Aba Appiawa of the Royal Family, shed light on the remarks of Abusuapanyin Essuon, she indicated that “we the royal family has invited him in the last five (5) months, but, he didn’t come and so I support the family’s decision for his destoolment”. Meanwhile, all efforts to get the said Chief proved futile.
